I run dual Grief, with Dreadfang act 5 merc for amp damage, and I wonder how Beast would boost our damage and amp dmg procs.
I dislike the split in masteries, but it seems that I've got some points to spare and the plus skills boost the most important part. Also, repairing the BA will probably be a pain, though I've got the Gold.
Any experience with it?

Yes, and you should not do it imo. Grief also works in axes, so Grief with Beast offhand is a viable build. Fanaticism compensates the lower base speed of Berserker Axe compared to Phase Blade. If you got the runes, consider going 2x Last Wish on Merc, as Tornado mentioned. You should allready have Bone Break against immunes and going Atma's Scarab is no bad choice if you desperately need Amplify Damage.

What makes you say Last Wish is so good, and why dual LW on merc, instead of 1 LW + 1 Grief?
The Might aura on LW is nice, of course, and it offer survivability. Does the Might aura stack with dual LW?

Levels of auras granted by item always stack when worn on the same character, it works the same for mercs. So yes, a merc dual wielding Last Wish would have a level 34 Might aura.

WW can’t proc any chance to cast effect.
