...and of course the Frozen River has Gloams all over the place lol.

There's quite a high chance for those. On first try I think I restarted the map 5 times for one without gloams.

I haven't restarted/rerolled any maps yet on this journey (I mean, I've gotten new maps whenever I've saved and exit to quit for the day, but that's it), and I'm trying to avoid doing if unless there's no other way. Not that it matters maybe, but I feel better about myself that way lol. You just need to be extra vigilant and have a lot of patience.

Anyway; I managed to rescue Anya despite the Gloams

I guess I forgot to put them in my Belt, but in the end, it didn't matter

I reset them a couple of times until none were double immune, then I fought them one by one and it was going really well, I felt like I had it, but then the Whirlwind guy managed to kill my merc. I should have just reset them right away, I could have just teleported away, I had several opportunities, but I chose to fight. I managed alone for a bit, but eventually, he caught me with his Whirlwind due to a badly placed Teleport, stunlocked me and that was it
I really thought I had them. Shame. Ah well, it was a fun journey nonetheless xD

So... the journey is over, the Ancients bested me on Hell.

Sadly, noone had the correct Death guess, and since I didn't make it 'til the end, there won't be a grand prize. Instead, I think the plan is to draw a single winner among all participants, for the value of a correct Death guess prize which noone won (8 Ist or equivalent as I died in Act 5 Hell). I'll get around to that as soon as I can.

Good go at it! Even with practice and fast reflexes you won't always get to that Belt scroll on time and unfortunately with the Ancients it's not an option.
