I'd use thawing + antidote pots stack for c res and psn res. Then change Stealth and powervendor for some li res body armor. If u got some time to farm gold, do that and try getting an upgrade for your rings to top up the fire and li res.
I gotta try to remember about those potions (I kinda mostly use them on Normal for Andariel and Duriel).
And yeah, might try to vendor an armor...

EDIT: I never took any damage, but at one point I wasn't paying full attention and the Whirlwind guy had made his way over next to me (everyone else were clustered in/around a Bone Prison) and he was pretty close when I realized what was about to happen
