Basically:

• Spirit
  Long Sword
• Spirit
  Monarch (had an Ancient's Pledge
  Kite Shield when I started Hell)
• Hustle
  Ancient Armor (it was the first 3os body armor I found after I decided to make Hustle)
• Lore
  Bone Helm
• Nightsmoke
  Mesh Belt (i.e., upped)
• Dwarf Star
• Rare/crafted for the rest of the slots

Merc had:

• Insight Ethereal
  Bec-De-Corbin
• Treachery Ethereal
  Mesh Armor
• Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest (apparently a perfect roll, I just realized)

The only things I changed from starting hell to finishing it, is I replaced my Ancient's Pledge with a Spirit shield right before starting Act 4 and at the same time also replaced my rare ring (had one with lightning res, replaced it with one with fire res instead to maintain max Fire resistance with

Fade on).

It was a random lucky drop. I forget where exactly, and I didn’t think of posting it in this thread when it dropped. I think it dropped late Nightmare, but not sure.

Haha, yeah my plan right now is to try - but first, I gotta grind/farm quite a bit.
I could very well die before I even get the chance to see any of the ubers
