Just off the top of my head, I don't believe you get much higher than that, if at all.
Jeweler's Diadem of Luck w/ 3x Ist: 110
Fortuitous Amulet of Luck: 50
2x 6- Ist 1-hander: 2x 180 = 360
Ist'd Skullder's at lvl 99: 148
Chance Guards: 40
2x Fortuitous Ring of Fortune: 2x 40 = 80
Goldwrap: 30
War Travs: 50
Gheed's: 40
37x 7mf Small Charm: 37x 7 = 259
= 1,167
Add in an A5 Frenzy merc for the killing blow to add another..
Jeweler's Diadem of Luck w/ 3x Ist: 110
2x 6- Ist 1-hander: 2x 180 = 360
Ist'd Skullder's at lvl 98: 147
= 617
= 1,784 total.
Non-barbs would lose a 180 1h-weapon for a 100 4- Ist shield, dropping them to 1,704 total (1,087 w/o the merc).
Obviously not exactly great in terms of being an actual build but that wasn't the question
Survivability you can throw in just fine, simply by getting the missing res as the prefix on your mf charms. But dmg...ugh...
