Browser: Chrome
OS: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

Mouse hover on a member's name
The tooltip stays 'loading' forever and does not bring user info.
I've tested on Trade and Forums

I think it is struggling with the queries since the members table is over 100,000 rows now. Might have to disable this feature if I can't make it any more performant.
