It is a factor, but you can still have it based on past sales. The later it is in the season, the higher its value.

Ladder prices tend to be similar ladder season to season. So looking at recent ladder seasons will give you a decent idea of its value.

It is a factor, but you can still have it based on past sales. The later it is in the season, the higher its value.
