Vampire Gaze HC PC Value

I've been struggling to find a good replacement for the

Tal Rasha's

Mask on my hardcore zealot. I actually do have an

Andariel's Visage, but I have more use for the life, dual leech and resistances on the

Mask. Yeah I have a couple of Guillame's Faces but I have

Gore Rider

Boots for CB so I still need the defensive stats more.

Conclusion - I'm getting the

Vampire Gaze and I'm putting runes in it for resistances. When I've been looking around to buy one, people keep asking way higher than the price estimate I get when I look at D2JSP (I don't shop there but I use it for price comparison). Over on that site, an average

Vampire Gaze goes for 20 fg, or roughly a

Pul or less. On Battle Net I have had multiple people turn down offers of 2 or 3

Pul's. One guy wanted a

Vex, although that was for a perfect one.

What the hell are they worth? What should I pay for an average one?

Well I ended up getting a lower tier one for

Pul and

Lem.

I feel that in game prices have been inflated of lately, not to mention the 'smart guys' that make outrageous offers (I've seen a

Pul 4

Lo game not too long ago)
