Can be used to make Runewords:
Nice ring, AR, all res, high light res, high rep life, decent dex. The only low roll is the life steal, but this is certainly valuable, or even very valuable. My guess would be more than Jah, but please wait for a second opinion, I am not good for high end stuff.

Well, you can have at most 6 affixes on a ring, all 6 you rolled are useful and 4-5 out of 6 rolled nicely. Kind of a lottery win.

Plus replinish is usesell for melee.

If I were you, try to sell at 5 Jah, see what comes, and be ready to reduce if nothing comes. List here and on Traderie to broaden the market of buyers.
