Weird rare ring drop, 8 stats???

So i play diablo 2 offline and was doiwn in the tombs when a yellow ring dropped. Sure i identified as always hoped for something good, but the list on this thing was long. Im used to 6 stats and a google search says that is max. This thing has 8. Unfortunately the resistance rolls are really bad if not it would have been a great ring. But has anyone else seen things like this before? Its a bug or what?
I have not modded this ring, it was a pure offline drop so im curious.

I believe I've seen a similar listing before for a rare ring.

And keep in mind that there are other cases where the tooltip will have more "entries" than the number of affixes; like Light/Radiance/Sun (you will have one "attack rating" entry and a "light radius" entry)

And sometimes you will see less entries than the number of affixes, like Chance + Felicitous (the tooltip will have only one "magic find" entry with the sum of the values of the two affixes)

Your saying that all the 4% resistances combined counts as 1(+4% res all)? Then the extra +10 poison is 1, and then you add the other 4 lines for a total of 6?

Yes.

Your ring has 6 affixes:

+1 to Maximum Damage
4% Life stolen per hit
+7 to Life
All Resistances +4%
Poison Resist +10%
+1 to Mana after each kill

It's just how the game tooltips display it when an item has both an affix granting a bonus to all resistances and an affix granting a bonus to a single resistance.
