Not bad at all, had the cold been fire, it would be very very good. reminds me of a ring i got a while ago. Super useful due to the str, fcr and res.

Thanks ya, I would think the dex would be very useful for casters using a shield too, for example don't hammerdins want to get their block rate pretty high before throwing all the points into vitality

There are still better rings out there! Keep looking! ;)
Personally I'd prefer +Life/+Mana/+MF over Str/Dex for a ring like this, but yeah def one of the better ones. Congrats!
