Faster cast and 10 all resists are two very nice affixes, but the others are bad : 56 to AR while it can go to 100+, 2 to strength can go to 20, 18 cold resist can go to 30, mdr only 2 is not a good affix neither.
For me, sell it for pgems or any valid offer ( Pul, Key...)
