AFAIK Artisan's Tiara/ Diadem of Speed is the goal. Don't think this one has value since you want sockets for ed/ias jewels.
Thx guys for the assessment. I also got no data from the search. On traderie some are on offer for multiple Jah but with 2 sockets. I am not inclined to probe my luck to get 2 sockets and therefore would either try to sell it as is or give it to Charsi
