Eth Sup Sacred Targe w/ Enhanced Damage

Hi, after looking at the price checker tool, I'm still not sure about this one:
Might be a nice Exile base if one doesn't need additional res but rather the enhance damage + AR. An expert opinion would be much appreciated

Additional attack rating is pointless for

Smite as it is 100% guaranteed to hit. The AR would be useful for a zealer, but Exile wouldn't. You have a nice shield....but it's fundamentally flawed for it to be worth a decent amount

No value. 99.9% are looking for all res and for the rest only 60+ ed (65% is max) has any value.

Yep He said he wanted to try how it works out without the res. Guess with the right equipment and some charms you can still reach max res but as I never played a Pala, I'm really just guessing here.

You can reach max res using Small Charms.
The issue here is, Exile is a defensive runeword.
If you want more offensive, then Phoenix is better.
