Monarch base or pala shield base with good all res are worth more than a sword base and perfect 35% fcr is worth more than lower fcr values.

Vex? only difference seems to be 6 mana and 1 magic absorb so I'm a bit confused

The price is set the both seller and buyer agree.
The buyer can pay more and the seller can sell cheap if they want a quick transaction.
