I know from trading one that 3OS 30FRW tiaras are very valuable. I'm wondering if this is similarly worth something?

I'm not sure about the value. Mana leech and mana after each kill seems a bit too much and attack rating as well as life leech could both be higher. Also if you only need 2 sockets there are Griswold's Valor, Giant Skull and Crown of Ages.
