Device: PC
Browser: Firefox 93.0
OS: Win 10

Steps to reproduce:
Login to site
Click on my username on the top right corner
Nothing happens, i.e. the notifications menu won't open

Anything else to add:
Formerly (a week ago?) it opened.
The HTML title on the browser tab shows that I have a new notification ("[1]").
