Battletag won't update for new trades

Browser: Chrome
OS: Windows 11
Steps to reproduce:
I changed my battletag with blizzard. I updated this on my diablo2.io profile. On my profile, it shows the updated battletag. But when I submit a new trade post, my old battletag is appearing instead. This is a problem as people who try to add me will be using the incorrect battletag.

It has a small delay on updating - how's it looking now?
This might be the reason why my BattleTag isn't displayed on the pages of my traded items (old and new). I started trading without a tag and added it to my profile only recently.
So you're still not seeing the change?
