It's what you called a 3 point ring : 1 for 10 fcr, 1 for 7 all res (could have gone to 11 though), 1 for 30 light res (best res). MDR and Telekinesis ar worth nothing.
In non ladder these are not highly valuable, somewhat less than Ist. Not sure for ladder though.
Anyway, it's still very practical for any caster so is not worthless.
