Account was lost

Not a client issue, but Chrome on OSX

I signed up two days ago, receiving a confirmation email as well. However tonight when I went to sign in it failed. Password reset never sent. Figured I'd try to signup again and see if it would error out, however it created the account just fine. Receive another confirmation email on the same email with the same username.

Not sure if there was a database issue, or maybe my user was deleted? Figured I'd report it just in case

Teebling accidentally wiped most of the database, spanning I believe a full 24 hours. Lost a lot of work, and contributions. This includes your account.

That's unfortunate, but glad the cause is known. Thanks for the reply
