I would be difficult giving up FCR for Teleport and resistances of Hoto for blizz increase. But for cows and undergeared I would rate this orb as really good. I don't know value as once someone has high mid+ runes they are close to Hoto. Rare with res and mods near GG, here I would guess Pul, or Um to a min maxer.
Honestly idk if its anything worth. Maybe around Lum-Ko if lucky. Most players will choose Spirit / occy / Tal Rasha weapon / hoto anyway cos of fcr, life, res, mana.
