I recently acquired my second, Last Wish Phase Blade for my A5 barb buddy.
I'm changing my vote to Physical Fendzon.

This zon rivals the zealot and Dream paladin when fully kitted out. The Dream paladin does more damage per strike in my testing but the zon is much- much tankier. My eBotD Matriarchal Spear combined with String of Ears and Andariel's Visage gives insane leech. As long as I'm poking with the stick, I cannot die. I run into packs of gloams with a bloodlust.

You want the Matriarchal Spear, aside from the +3 auto mod, the tight damage range scales incredibly well with Fortitude and level 34 Might aura. My mere 97-142 grows to ~7k-10k. Much greater consistency than any other base; The breakpoints are easily met.
I tried G-Face but felt that Andy's with a Fervor Jewel is better. Combined with LoH gloves, you can hit the highest Fend breakpoint for MS. And as a bonus, I can still use Atma's Scarab for Amplify Damage procs. Made even more effective in tandem with a Renewed Bone Break.
Use Gore Rider, Raven Frost, and another ring of your choosing. I like Dwarf Star for magic damage reduction and fire absorb.
I'm using Harmony on swap for moving between packs quicker but you could buff health with CTA and Spirit too.
Charms are mostly Steel Grand Charms of Vita but 3/20/20s would be ideal.

Besides some crazy Heralds and the occasional elite Moon/Death Lord, not much can dent my health.

The Jab/Fendzon is notably one of the game's premier Uber killers as well, with just a couple gear piece swaps.

AFAIK when in wereform you can only use wereform-specific attacks (like Maul, Fury, ...) so no Fend, Impale, ...

Those are also not offered in the IAS calculator: attackspeed.php?char=Amazon&data=0-1-No ... -0-0-0-0-0

A barb on the other hand can Feral Rage (because of Wolfhowl)

The passive skills like Critical Strike should still work.

And dmg? Fend is mostly fine ~3-14k, rather fast.. but kills slower than other zons

And for boss killing, I went with Impale, 5-23k @14 FPA.. not that brilliant to be honest

Also not fun to have to use Highlord's Wrath, and lose the Atma's Scarab proc (although Impale wouldn't proc it too often..)

And finally, while botd leeches a lot of life, it's not as useful vs ubers, you will need Life Tap anyways

And as for survivavbility, you are far from max res, and life is lower due to higher invest both into strength and dexterity..

All in all, I feel Impale would need like 2x dmg boost, and Jab would need a crushing blow chance like 0.5% per slvl, and valk would need to be persistent and equipable (with Pride), for this build to be good

3-14k is not optimal, Matriarchal Spear is much more consistent. Like I said, I'm doing 7-10k. Lower max but better output overall.

I did ubers without Life Tap, unless you can benefit from the merc's Life Tap on Last Wish. I really don't know but I only had to rejuv for Uber Meph.

With Andy's and Atma's, my poison res is over-capped, lightning is max from Fortitude and charms, and my merc wears Flickering Flame which stacks with my 50% from LoH. Cold I don't worry about.

Definitely not fast but if you're judging a build based on clear speed only, you've lost the plot. Fun is fun.
