Totally random - it happened the other day.
So my question is - what do I do with it? Should I build towards the mystic Enigma?

Can be used to make Runewords:
you should go sit in a dark, cold, dampy cave with it and obsess over it for the next 500 years until a mean hobbit tricks you and steals it from you. But seriously, turning that amazing luck into Pride (I mean the feeling, not the runeword) through making an all-powerful Enigma sounds like fun to me!
First you get a Ber, a Lo and a Vex, too.
Now the boring thing to do would be making Enigma, Fortitude/Grief and Heart of the Oak. That would reasonable, make the game easier and arguably more fun.
F*** mainstream, put everything into a Destruction and enjoy the screen erupt into fireworks.
