Sacred Targe with a 41 all res roll (max is 45) and a defense roll of 151 (max is 158) is a fairly high roll for the best elite paladin shield base there is.
If you prefer perfect rolls, go find perfect rolls, dear sir. The only trouble is that a

Vex won't cover for a perfect

Sacred Targe.
And as for the sockets, I prefer to keep it open to the buyer to choose whether he wants 4 sockets (

Larzuk or cube) or try to go for 3 sockets (cube). If you want a socketed item, go find a socketed item.
If you think the price is too high for you, go bid on cheaper items or make a lower offer, leaving me to decide whether to take your offer or not.
