no or low value because lvl 18 will look for ethereal+ high def + self repair + 2 socks or just go for 4os armor with damage jewels like 15 max dmg + other stats. But tbh i should add that my rating is based on experience with lld 15 years ago

I am not sure if there is still lv 18 duel...
I hear some at lv 9. bar , it is also quite well knowning , it is event hold here.

Please be aware, all my trade is in non ladder d2r. Not warlock.
