You mean a +skills magic prefix? If so: yes, there is. And Warlock Skiller Charms!... These modifiers can occur in crafted items also, as expected:
(I've also found a rare ring with charges of a Warlock skill, Sigil: Lethargy)
Was wondering if 3/20 gloves exist now for Warlock, like they do for Assassin and Amazon! Also 2/20 Rare Gloves assuming blue ones exist. I have yet to get a new skiller but am keeping my eyes open. There is SO MUCH new stuff to do it's crazy!

I'm sure someone has datamined the magic prefixes & suffixes to find the additions (and changes to existing affixes, if there are any), but I haven't seen a list anywhere that I can recall. Does anyone know?

My profile says Ladder, but I play bothLadder and Non-Ladder.
My profile says Softcore, but I play bothSoftcore and Hardcore.
My Holy Grail Tracker is for Offline Hardcore.

They even went that far and allowed +Necro skills and +Warlock skills on the same item. Hope they fix that soon.

You're looking at a Dagger which can now get warlock skills simply by being a Dagger. That's not instead of any necro skills or the like but simply a warlock exclusive, much like sorc skills on a staff.
It also doesn't count against your affixes so it doesn't limit your other rolls in any way.

Maxroll seems to have them in their selection.
I know some of their stuff is..questionable..but it is a start.
According to them, no +3 lock gloves (they're OP enough without those! ^^) but you can get things like apocalypse charges on gloves now.

True, but it's completly useless and just looks ugly. My OCD is not able to abide it

of Miasma Bolt (charges) - polearms, daggers, voodoo heads; swords
of Lethargy (charges) - polearms, daggers, voodoo heads; rings, circlets
of Rancor (charges) - polearms, daggers, voodoo heads; shields (only non-class or grimoires, excluding auric shields?)
of Apocalypse (charges) - staves, daggers, voodoo heads; gloves
prefixes:
Chaotic/Erratic/Torrid (+ 1/2/3 to Chaos) - daggers (also throwing knives), grimoires, amulets, circlets; +3 only on magic items
Sullied/Tainted/Forbidden (+ 1/2/3 to Eldritch) - daggers (excluding throwing knives), grimoires, amulets, circlets, swords; +3 only on magic items
Fiendish/Dreadful/Malevolent (+1/2/3 to Demon) - daggers (also throwing knives), grimoires, amulets, circlets; +3 only on magic items
Chaotic/Sullied/Fiendish (+1 to Chaos/Eldritch/Demon) - grand charms (read: skillers)
Devil's/Arch-Devil's (+1/2 to Warlock Skills) - amulets, circlets; daggers, grimoires; +2 only on magic items
