I dig it. I'm assuming you're toying with throwing this on the front page? I think it'd make a big difference in making the name of the community stand out.

Marketing has never been my strong suit, but I like it. It would definitely draw attention to the name when looking at the front page.

looks good to me. both the old and the new. and it would be cool to see a less cartoony version too.
what if when you hover your mouse over the logo you get to see scary looking d2 monsters.
i think there was a website back in the days with a similar logo that would change into Skeleton versions of the d2 characters.

I really like it aswell. Bit cartoony as you say, but this version would still be awesome

I think the campfire looks good imo. I like this the way it is though. So neutral.
