damn, do people really want/need fcr on sin? I thought they tended to prioritize ias and even frw over it. Oh well, thanks for the info.
Apart from zons, every Enigma user wants fcr.
But that's not the point: frw or res can be found somewhere else, like Boots. However 2 all skills (incl bo/bc) 120ish life 120ish mana of Harlequin's Crest is hard to beat as soon as you don't have fcr. Except if you don't like it's look of course
