His ability to make a double and to TP extremely fast can be a real annoyance, even if he is much less feared than Uber Mephisto. If you can pin him to close combat and slow him down, he should be easier.
Most people are aware that Uber Baal's chilling armour can be dangerous to characters using ranged attacks, however one often forgotten fact is this includes any "CTC on striking" projectile attacks (such as 100% CTC Holy Bolt from Principle if you happen to be a FoH smiter/zealer hybrid who often uses this). Keep in mind if you have any "CTC on striking" on your gear, or if you seem to be taking an abnormal amount of damage from Uber Baal.
