Lore
Even for the Sorceress, the destructive powers of the flame can prove uncooperative at times. The very unpredictability of elemental flame poses a danger to those unskilled in its usage.
Sisters of the flame must take this last step to complete their training in the use of fire, and to maximize its effects.
Can be used to make Runewords:
The 5-piece set bonus of "Trang-Oul's Avatar" grants a lvl 3 Fire Mastery Oskill.
Oskills can be used by any class, but the skill level bonus is limited to 3 levels for the native class. Oskill levels can be increased like native skill levels, including "+skill (native class only)" bonuses.

The elemental damage bonus stacks additively, not multiplicatively with the one provided by items (such as Rainbow Facet or Eschuta's Temper), somewhat diminishing their usability for a Sorceress.
This skill increases the damage of all skills in the Sorceress's Fire skill tree. Furthermore, it increases the fire damage component of a Sorceress's Attacks, whether that damage comes from a socketed Ruby, Ral, or Jewel; from Enchant or Holy Fire; or from any other modifier on the Sorceress's equipment.
One consequence of this functionality is that Fire Mastery will effectively apply to the Sorceress's Enchant-augmented attacks twice - first upon casting, and second upon Attack.
