As the title says. I think i've found more high runes than skillers. Would Lower Kurast runs still be good because of all the super chests? or maybe Arcane/any high density like cows? Basically how to get the most grand charms per run.

I heard there is a sweet spot in Act 3 Nightmare, I think from Flayer Jungle onwards, which can drop plain skillers.
But personally I'd try finding a high-level Grand Charm from Diablo or Ball on Hell (or from any monster in high-level Terrorized zone) and reroll it with Perfect Gems. Those can be farmed relatively quickly in Arcane Sanctuary.

Visit a Terror Zone with your highest Char (90+ if possible) - Pick up any GCharm, rerolling with 3 p Gems -> chance to become a Skiller

You can always run Nightmare Cows for plain skillers.
And you could hork Travincal Counsel for charms and, plus, plenty of other goodies.

Flayer Jungle and LK drops tons of charms. Even in NM on high player counts I've gotten lots of skiller GCs.

Even a max level area like The Pit or Chaos is more than sufficient non terrorized too

Not if you want one that can roll 41+ Life, that requires ilvl 91 or higher. Traditionally only grand charms from Baal and Nihlathak were used for that cause they were the only enemies in the game with sufficiently high level. But with Terror Zones anyone can farm ilvl 91+ grand charms with ease (just need to be clvl 89+).
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.

For that matter, a grand charm only needs to be ilvl 50 to be able to drop or be rerolled as a skiller. So any grand charm dopped in nightmare act 3 Great Marsh/ Flayer Jungle and onward, basically.

I'm willing to accept other forms of currency. Like Tokens, Keys, Perfect Gems, and certain minor runes in lieu of my asking price. I'm also willing to accept rune combinations that add up to my asking price.
Nihlathak has a TC of 87 and his monster levels in Hell are 95, so he can drop any item in the game. For plain old skillers Tranvical has provided me with the most drops.
travinkal has given me nothing lol, got bored of farming that crap, not a charm/rune/anything. I've found multiple Jah, Lo, Ohm and other decent runes, and more skillers than I can remember for multiple classes just farming Tavincal. I've had some good drops running Baal, but of the two you mentioned I prefer Diablo. The Key with Tranvincal is clear speed. This is my clear speed.

Hell yea! On average horking council corpses gives better drops than the initial kill! At least for me

Also pretty sure 80% of my Rainbow Facet drops have come from TZ Travincal.
