Just for the amulet part in the discussion, I had computed before an approximation of a 2 all skills / 20 fcr chance for a Caster Amulet, and was around 1/1000 per roll. And of course 1/7000 to get one specific for a class, so the odd is unlikely
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus

I read online that any Terrorized zone level 91+ if amulet drops and is used in craft, it would always be +2 skills to someone. From what Ive noticed; this is a completely a lie and misinformation.

Not quite, when you are farming TZ with 90+ char level, every amulet has chance to get +2 to any class skills when apply a Caster Amulet recipe. I got a big fail crafting a 20% FCR with 28 STR but no skills.
Not exactly a fail drop, but a fail craft.

Dunno, but so far ive got 1 +2 skills but it was otherwise absolutely garbage. Crafted tons already, but that is how it works. Takes couple of hundreds if not thousands crafts to get that one good. Id need to find a paladin ammy with fcr and all that stuff as right now I cant change one of my ring or else my fcr drops below 125 and I have no idea where im going to get that extra fcr XD

The Caster Amulet recipe grants 5-10% FCR. But one of the other 4 affixes can grant plus 10% FCR. If you have endgame equipment (arachnid's mesh, trangs gloves/Magefist, 35% FCR Spirit and HOTO, a Caster Amulet with 10% FCR will be enough).

Thats the problem, my amulet has 7% fcr and my Spirit I think was not 35%. Currently sitting at 125% fcr perfectly, but I wanted to change one ring to SOJ eventually and atm its not an option as then I would drop to 115% fcr and that wont do.

You can try to upgrade yout Spirit to 35% FCR. The runes are very cheap. Use the cube recipe to remove the runes and try. I did this until get a 35% FCR Spirit in an auric shield with 40+ all res and a 35% Spirit in a Monarch.

Just did, got 1% more fcr its now 29% :'d but even if its 35% it wont bring enough fcr as is. Still need that amulet with 10% at least.
