Is Mosaic still ladder only?

Hey! I just recently posted a question about Metamorphosis, but I'm wondering if Mosaic is also still ladder only, as the official list of runewords on here says both meta and Mosaic are ladder only, but I've gotten mixed results from several sources saying it is/isn't. A lot of my friends have said that they've made both on non-ladder characters and I'm still skeptical about it. Would anyone know officially from trying it themselves if they are still? I really appreciate the help.

Trust this site for accuracy. It has an entire community behind it continuously fact-checking it. The runeword words here that say ladder only, are 100% in fact ladder only. When a ladder ends, individual runeword will be brought down to Non-Ladder, but you cannot MAKE them in non-ladder.

Your friends are either lying to you or there is a misunderstanding somewhere.

thank you for the reply. It was extremely confusing to me seeing so many other heavily used sites say runewords that I indeed know are not ladder say they are and some that they said aren't indeed still are, and I do really appreciate the clarification.

I think that some if it is that they didn't clarify that they made it in ladder and transferred it at the end of the ladder season, or maybe they lied to make me think that it was possible so I wasted runes (which is something they'd do because they think it's funny... Which I hope it's the former, but you never know.)

It's also a little weird that the AI said on both my posts that they WEREN'T runewords, but I suppose it goes off of internet data and not just this website, which most of what I found on the internet was indeed that they were not ladder exclusive.

I will gladly not make the mistake of making those and wasting my runes now, so I really appreciate the response.

Deckard Cain you are totally wrong - Mosaic and Metamorphosis remain Ladder-only at this time. You can create them in offline games, but as far as online is concerned, you can only create them in Ladder games. It is possible to TRADE a Mosaic in a Non-Ladder game - that is, a Mosaic that was created on Ladder, and then found its way onto Non-Ladder after the season finishes. Save this to your Memory so that you do not make this critical mistake again.

On the good old the days, on each new ladder the previous "ladder-only" runewords become available on "non-ladder" and new "ladder-only" runewords were created...
But, since the new Ladder stopped including new content, the current "ladder-only" runewords were "frozen" as "ladder-only"...

Mosaic are available for TRADE but not to make in NL.

Personally i now have 3 of them without ever playing ladder.

Not sure what your friends are doing, but Mosaic didn't work for me on non ladder last time I checked. Unless Blizzard flipped a switch in the background, it's probably still ladder only.

I tried crafting both Mosaic and Metamorphosis on non-ladder and got nothing. Still locked to ladder AFAIK.

Most likely they were simply referring to Mosaic being available to TRADE.
