And any char that wants leech and CB, they want IAS even more.
Tree skills can have +3 on magic and rares can provide +2 class skills.
For crafted gloves to be valuable, they have to be better than uniques or at least as good as expensive uniques.
Which almost only is the case for gloves with 2+ added skills, IAS and adds (like res, CB, leech, ...)
Crafted gloves are for melee or amazons, and they have to be better than Uniques/Sets, typically Laying of Hands is excellent and super cheap (a few pgems), so no 20 IAS, no value is a good rule of thumb indeed.
