Ladder 2, & Three Weeks On The Road To A Mist Bow

When Ladder 1 finished, a few of us were disappointed that the Mist runeword was not going to be made available on SC NL. So 3 weeks ago I decided to make a Ladder build and see if I could get all the ingredients to make a Mist bow. I got lucky early in the game when an Soj dropped. I traded it for 2

Vex and 3 Ists, and then traded an

Ist for a 7%

Windforce, and a couple more for a Torch and anni. Then a

Lo dropped which I used in a 4os

Dusk Shroud to make a Fortitude. While doing TZ runs a 4os

Eth

Giant Thresher dropped, and I traded that for a 5 socket Superior 15 ED

Grand Matron Bow. Then while doing an Arcane TZ run, a

Jah rune dropped. So now all I have to do is trade the

Jah for a

Cham,

Gul, and few Ists and all that's left is how good will my roll be.

Thanks for the comments. Earlier today after I had traded for a

Cham and some other runes, I still needed a

Gul. I had 5 Ists, but no

Sapphire. I have 15 P Sapphires, 2 flawed, and 2 chipped, but no

Sapphire. Then another member The Flash jumped into the game and tossed a

Gul in front of my stash. I picked it up and not looking for freebies I tossed 2

Ist down. He tossed a

Vex down, and then he asked if he could try out my

Windforce. I said yes and handed it over to him. While he was looking at his stats I socketed the runes and made the Mist. Somewhere in all of that there was some good luck.
