Skills section of the DB is still using gameversion 2.3 data:
Hasn't been in scope to change this and other discrepancies since other websites cover skills so comprehensively (think maxroll d2planner etc.) and the way in which I coded skills was awful to say the least, making it harder to adjust than other parts of the site here.
There is a comment on the Holy Bolt page clarifying the changes that were made in 2.4:
Sorry this isn't clearer. One of these days I'll get round to updating the whole Skills section.

Your squelch list can be managed and edited from Top right dropdown > Account Prefs > Squelches.
