I think I prefer the +1 défense small charms. Even with 40 of them in inventory they are useless.

If you like health,String of Ears is much better option. 8% Life Stolen Per Hit loved it on my hamerdian. Spiral hammer on large group of enemies you fully healed.
The one and only time I found one of my 'holy grail' items - an Arioc's Needle - it was ethereal.

It must be my 8th Uber try.
Died for the first time (in Matron's Den to a super pack of succubi). And got a 11/10 Necro torch.
