what do you mean uber diablo spawned? isn't that something you do with keys?
No, the keys are for getting to Uber Tristram, to get a Hellfire Torch. An Diablo Clone drops Annihilus. He is spawned by selling about 125 Stone of jordan. Once they are sold the next super unique monster you see will be replaced by Diablo Clone. It happens in all games across that server, NA/EU/Asia.

To be fair, Dclone was added into the game before Uber Tristram, so back then Dclone was the only Uber in the game... hence, Uber Diablo. When they added Uber Tristram, Arreat Summit (the website) referred to that new souped-up Diablo as "Pandemonium Diablo" (still does) and kept referring to the "original" Uber Diablo as Uber Diablo.
