So now that sunder charms are available offline I’m leveling my frost maiden, and wow is it ever satisfying when she one shots a monster with

Freezing Arrow, it shatters and the Ice bounces on the Ground. I can listen to that all day.

Or even outside the game? I’m also partial to the sound from one of my kid’s tv shows: perry the platypus making his platypus sound, but we can keep it to d2r!

Not sure if it qualifies as a sound bite in that sense but something about entering

Harrogath with the music turned up to max..that opening..pure glorious nostalgia.

Outside the game..the satisfying plop of opening a fresh, solid swing-top bottle of brew. Also, the distinct sudden lack of further sound when my morning coffee is done.

In the game I love the

Raise Skeleton noise of bones getting out of flesh.

Curses like Amp and Decrep are well tuned too.

The ridiculous

I actually play with most of the sound effects and the music turned off. I only have the sound of item drops turned on. That way I can play in the living room without bothering the wifey and not miss an important drop. It's actually extremely relaxing, kind of like
