I think I found a bug?

I just bought an

Atma's Scarab for my WW barb, mostly for the Amp Damage chance. After playing through all of A3 hell, I didn't see it trigger once. And I noticed that I seemed to be getting cursed with amp damage more often, even when I don't see any enemies that should be capable of doing so. It seems like the scarab might be bugged to curse me instead of my enemies? Has anyone else seen this?

So it wasn't my imagination,

Atma's Scarab didn't trigger even once for me while going through act1. Is this a recent thing? This is my first ww-barb in D2R,

Frenzy-barb has no problems..

It was like this back in LoD at least, not sure about classic D2 (pre-LoD). I had a WW barb back in LoD and I'm fairly certain that WW didn't trigger on-hit/attack procs, that's what I remember at least.

Frenzy works just fine with on-hit/attack procs, it's just WW.
