Even though it sucks - keep going. As others said, look for new areas.
I did hundreds of Countess runs, always low runes at best. Today within 10 runs 2 Um, 1 Mal, 1 Ist.
I found 5 Jahs in the span of a month or so back in Feb - March. Upgraded gear a ton since then, increased hork chance a good 20% but now not finding any more HRs in months.. Lucky RNG comes and goes. Or maybe I pissed someone at Blizzard off, and they've disabled HR drops for my account xD
