In other words, it is expensive. Used to be best-in-slot for PvP bowzons with 15ias/40edmg jewels.
Not sure how valuable that is yet at this stage of the game but back in the day, I remember hunting for this for what felt like forever. Well, the Diadem version actually but still...don't give that away for a measly Ist or something.
