Hey guys,

New to the forums here. Is there anything specific I should know?

Looking to trade a bunch of the items I've saved up so far.

Thanks!

Hello @Ahrjay and welcome!

You can start trading here once you set up your Profile details (if you haven't already).
There's a patch coming soon too with a lot of QoL, so stay tuned for that.

Have fun!

Hey, I really appreciate that! Yeah I went through and set up my profile stuff.

Sounds like something to look forward to for sure.

I posted a bunch of items, but not a single reply? Did I do something wrong, or is there zero interest in these? Can somebody let me know?

I had a quick look at your profile but it looks to me like most items you listed are rather common or not really sought after.
Sometimes if you leave them long enough you might find someone interested in a good levelling item or some budget item for their build but if you're looking to make a quick profit you will need to find items that are in high demand such as charms, uber keys, runes, highly sought uniques or bases etc.

I remember @Teebling posted a while ago some statistics about which items were sold the most but it was rather early after release and it must have changed a lot since then, I wonder if the new website version coming soon may provide that info as well.

yeah people dont really need any of those other than
Arm of King Leoric
for
Lem
maybe. you could always go to price check tab to see how is the item you want to sell selling.

I am working on a Trade Value Guide that should be done soon for most item types in the game. In the meantime 2 other members have made guides for Runes and Torches.

Nice tool for estimated values. Market is always changing and in the end, items cost what buyers pay.

Yes, that COULD work but problem is same that with d2jsp. It requires you to make a post and wait for credible answer but that might not come. For expensive stuff, P/C threads turn into trading and lower end stuff, no one cares to post. Past trades history is closest estimate for prices, probably.

The page you linked parses d2jsp post web pages, and copy pastes any replies into it, then takes an average of those replies...
That's not the same as the price checker here - here the data is actually curated /chosen by players as the items that were exchange, instead of just whatever the script picks up.
