Encountered a bug with the Diablo 2 Resurrected & the Blizzard launcher for it on Win10. Can't play the game/launch the program at all right now. Pre-ord…

Finally - it looks like the AVX issue has been fixed guys!
Here's the final blue posts made today regarding the patch that went live allowing people to launch the game:

Glad to hear this was fixed and you guys are able to finally enjoy the game!

I would have lost my mind if I was dealing with this bug for over a week.

It now makes sense how @Teebling was able to find so much free time to work on the site
