Does anyone know yet if D2R Dev's confirmed the Quest Drop bugging for Duriel, Mephisto, Diablo, Baal is still present?

To the best of my knowledge, there has been no official word on the rest. I would presume they are still present.
I expect a full post of bug-fixes to be released any day, or possibly on launch day itself.

There's already going to be a day 1 patch that fixes trapsin bug, so I'm sure we will get patch notes around then.
