Description

Hex Purge
Requires a successful hit check to apply hex.
Possible to apply and Consume the hex in the same attack if the hex only allows for 1 explosion before removing the hex.
Attack Speed given is EIAS.
With Echoing Strike and Mirrored Blades, each missile or attack applies the hex and can erupt, so 10 echoing blades can cause 10 eruptions in a single cast.

I use this on Act Bosses and I find it more effective than Hex Bane due to damage explosion from Hex Purge when working together with Eldritch Blast

Act Bosses got killed within a minute because of this skill, but make sure you have to use Eldritch Blast to kill these mofos real quick too
