Both D2R and D4 appear to be down

On the bliz app they had a note about a Ddos attack. Time to see how good my starcraft is these days

I sometimes think Blizzard uses Ddos attacks as a convenient excuse to coverup their less than adequate servers. Either that or they are prone to DDOS attacks at a higher rate than most other major online entities. It's also possible that someone is upset with Microsoft's impending acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Since the release of D4 I've noticed a lot of unusual D2r game behaviors when trying to logon or during play.



Edit: I just tried three times to logon to the Americas servers and received the message "cannot connect to server." Of those on my friends list their is only one playing D2 and he's using the EU servers, the rest are all playing D4.
