Any target in a vent will de dealt the listed damge. Each vent utilizes the Last Collide mechanic, meaning a vent will typically only damage a target once unless multiple targets occupy a single vent. Furthermore, each casting of
Fissure is subject to a 5 frame Next Hit Delay.
