Our feeling is that this happens at least every fourth kill...and...this is correct!
According to the maxroll drop calculator https://maxroll.gg/d2/d2-drop-calculato ... m=base,tsc a non-TZ Duriel has a chance of 1:1.29 to drop a TP scroll for each of his 5 drops, that's a 77.5 % chance to drop a TP scroll for each drop and a 28% chance that all 5 drops are a TP scroll. (A TZ Durel still has a chance of 26.9 % to drop 5 TP scrolls, by the way).
Bonus smart-ass trivia: Duriel also has the highest chance to drop a Stamina Potion (1:16.7), Antidote Potion (1:17) and Thawing Potion (1:33.4). The latter two have probably never been picked up by anybody.
Rolled out the smiter tonight and did 8 Colossal Ancients runs on single player, and while I did get 3 of the 4 jewels I still needed, Talic proceeded to drop me SIX poison jewels in a row! I ran out of Worusk's'! >:(
Also did 5 more uber runs, and while I did finally get a couple of (poorly rolled) sorc torches, we are still without a torch for the pally himself. The man who does all the work killing these guys!

same happened to me, 8 runs, 6 poison, 2 fire and they where shit

That is true. Rare item socket formula, throw in a 10/10 uber jewel and you have like a mini night wing / griffon. Shame about the lack of skills though… ouch.
