Blizzard mentioned that Sunder charms only drop from Terror Zones champions / uniques pack.
Did they say Hell TZ only or any TZ ?
Just realized today while finishing normal (non ladder) that TZs worked there as well.
If yes, maybe worth ramping up a char in L only in normal for the Sunders.

They are indeed ladder only. And while the existing ones should move over to non-ladder after season 2, I wouldn't expect new ones to ever drop in non-ladder, considering that they changed their mind on enabling S1 runewords as well.

I'm guessing, as a singleplayer now, that they conserve the hype of terrorzones and sunder charms for the ladder season, otherwise they'll lose players to the single player. next season it'll be probably something else...much like d3 introduces "refreshing ideas"...

Well, the reason for it not existing ("we can more easily tune online numbers!") is obvious BS so...yeah.
